The world of Torlall

Dark Rifts Misc

Races: koa

Koa are said to be an offshoot of a union between human and gnome,
though any member of their race upon Torlall will fiercely deny this.
As a whole, they consider it a disgrace to ever put shears to their
long, flowing blond or white hair. While some Koa have been known
in rare instances to achieve a height of 5'2", most are slighted by
the shorter side of their heritage, drawing them down to a low of 3'9".
Most of them have a lean build, with slightly plump faces, accenting
their blue or green eyes. Koa prefer to reside in small towns or
villages, where they can keep themselves cozy beside the warmth of
the fire, wasting the day away.

It is quite often that a Koa is found lounging around somewhere within
the realm of Science. Whenever they actually get the initiative to do
something with their life, all professions known to this realm welcomes
them in.

Despite their laziness, Koa have developed a woldly wisdom throughout
the ages; yet because of this, they are known to be slower
then most races. Their slowness tends takes its toll on them when they
have cause to defend themselves. However, never to be underestimated,
they choose their strikes more precisely upon an opponent.
